All applicants at Villas of Oak Creste are evaluated using the same rental criteria to ensure a fair and consistent leasing process. Qualification is based on the following standards:
Income: Verifiable monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent
Rental History: No evictions or broken leases within the past 5 years; if older than 5 years, a positive rental history is required since that time
Background Screening: Applicants must pass a criminal background check
